1 K.Chandrasekaran Vacuum frying has proven to be the most feasible technique to obtain safe and nutritious fried food without compromising its organoleptic and textural properties. This frying system has a lot of benefits over conventional frying such as reduced acrylamide content, lower oil content and better preservation of nutritious compounds.
2 Preetha Rajalakshmi Cow dung is available in abundance and was used as plastering material for huts and houses in ancient days . They have wide range of benefits due to its antibacterial properties and also eco friendly.
3 D. RAJKUMAR Product has liquid formulation of Lactobacillus plantarum V7B3 strain at a level of 6 log CFU ml-1, which when sprayed over fresh vegetables & fruits will inhibit the growth of Spoilage organisms by producing antimicrobial compounds.
4 DHAMODHARAN KARUPPUSAMY We aims to provide a complete and innovative solution for efficient, eco-friendly, and data-driven weed control and soil cultivation.
