1	K.Chandrasekaran	Vacuum frying has proven to be the most feasible technique to obtain safe and nutritious fried food without compromising its organoleptic and textural properties. This frying system has a lot of benefits over conventional frying such as reduced acrylamide content, lower oil content and better preservation of nutritious compounds.
2	Preetha Rajalakshmi	Cow dung is available in abundance and was used as plastering material for huts and houses in ancient days . They have wide range of benefits due to its antibacterial properties and also eco friendly.
3	D. RAJKUMAR	Product has liquid formulation of Lactobacillus plantarum V7B3 strain at a level of 6 log CFU ml-1, which when sprayed over fresh vegetables & fruits will inhibit the growth of Spoilage organisms by producing antimicrobial compounds.
4	DHAMODHARAN KARUPPUSAMY	We aims to provide a complete and innovative solution for efficient, eco-friendly, and data-driven weed control and soil cultivation. It encompasses the physical equipment, solar charging system, telematics GPS integration, data analysis interface, and comprehensive support to empower users with sustainable and high-performing Farm equipment's.
5	P. GIRI PRASATH	The neera ha slow glycemic index of only 35 and hence diabetic friendly since low amount of sugar is absorbed in the blood. It has abundant source of minerals, vitamins. It contains 0.5% glucose,1.5%fructose,16% sucrose and 82% insulin a pre biotic that promotes digestion.

An ideal solution for remote agricultural areas, providing high- quality drying with minimal operator intervention.
